DischargeHealth collects personal information, such as your name, email, and address, when you (i) submit registration forms and asset download forms (including information requests and software downloads); (ii) subscribe to our services; (iii) by attending our events; and (iv) correspond with us by phone, email, social media, product demos and training requests.

We also gather your DischargeHealth website visit information, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (“URL”) clickstream to, though, and from our website, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and any phone number used to call our customer service number.

Discharge Health offers optional SMS updates, utilizing RingCentral’s HIPAA-compliant telephony and SMS services to ensure the utmost privacy and security of your information. You have the flexibility to opt-in or opt-out reply with STOP at any time. We will inform you about your call/back reminder, scheduled appointment, appointment reminder, and appointment location (on-demand). In case you have submitted your information on our website, we don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights. Note that the only purpose of this activity is to ensure our growth and contribute to the healthcare IT industry in order to facilitate providers and their patients in a better way.
